My father spent this Thanksgiving and Christmas in heaven. When I was home I asked my mom if I could take my German hat to my house. It has been hanging in the basement of my parents house for 40 years. When we lived in Europe I got this hat in Germany and collected pins from Germany, France and England. The picture is of me and my father in Germany when the hat was new and I still had a lot of pins to collect.
