Mixed Media Club February

The class this month was how to make paper. We torn up pages of text and photos, glued them to a backing and started painting them using an old credit card. The next technique used napkins, tissue paper and painted papertowels. It's fun to learn new techniques and incorporate them in projects. It gives my lots of ideas for my cards.

Cards and beaded jewerly

I have some jewerly, cards and a mosaic birdbath to share. The blue and gold necklace was made for a Holiday party swap. It's the first necklace I've ever made. It started out being a bracelet but just wasn't working so it ended up being a necklace.
